Accomplishments past period
- Presentation of model based on scenario of dept. cluster (12 machines)
where IS pays for equipment.
- Presentation and update session for Tom Thornton, Pismere Project
Manager, on Wed, May 12.
- Presentation to larger business model discussion group on Monday, May 17.
- Presentation by Naomi Schmidt as part of ACMG meeting on Tuesday, May 18.

Goals for the coming period
- Refine the business model: additional input from Carla Fermann, Brian
Murphy, and others to add precision to the model.

Issues
- Based on the ACMG discussions, the need to explore additional scenarios
(e.g. machines are private but want to participate in Pismere services,
software licensing, etc.)
- The iterative process of building this model feels right - there are many
variables and possible scenarios, so working the model against those
changes helps validate and inform the work.

Key learnings
- There is a lot of information that needs to be gathered and staff are
interested in participating.
- The discussions are rich and critical to moving the work forward.

Team dynamics:
- There is a widening area of participation and input into the work.
Marine, Lorraine, and Naomi are doing a very good job maintaining and
updating the information as new inputs are received. The process of
building the model is being validated through the discussions.

Additional comments:
- Tom Thornton's arrival is most welcome. He still seems to have a thirst
for information even after drinking from the Pismere firehose.
