Hello,
There is a new date and location for the next two Project Team Leaders
meetings. The new dates are:
Friday, June 18th from 10-12 in the N42 first floor demo center
Friday, July 23rd from 10-12 in the N42 first floor demo center
At our last Project Team Leaders meeting on April 23, the next meeting
had been scheduled for Friday, May 28th, so you may want to remove that
from your calendars.
The June 18th meeting will consist of conversations with Support team
leaders on transitions of project work to the ongoing, operational space. A
more detailed agenda will follow closer to the actual meeting. A second,
shorter topic will be the rollout status of the new, abbreviated of the
Projects Database. Mike Barker will go over near term implementation plans
for the Project DB and the Project Notebook templates.
At the July 23th meeting, the focus will be on how to do an even better
job on transitions of project work to the Service process. We hope most of
the service team leaders can be there. The second topic that day will
likely be a discussion of the evolution of our "virtual' web development
team.
