Good morning,
Just to confirm that we will meet tomorrow, 1 - 2 in N42. In my
personal improvement effort for timeliness and efficient use of our
meeting, I'll try to arrive earlier for informal conversation and settling
in. We will need to end promptly at 2.
I'd like to recognize the completion of project work: Leslie Liu
and Pat Fitzgerald have submitted their report on VDI Rate Reviews; Tim
McGovern has completed his component of the Facilities MIS Strategic Plan.
I am planning a debrief meeting with each of these efforts; at our
meeting tomorrow, however, I would like to hear from you what you would
like to know; what questions you would lke to ask, etc.
There are also threads of discussions we engaged in previous
meetings -
1. buy alternative and its role / extent in Discovery;
2. accelerating and compressing Discovery work;
3. noting the different types of Discovery: we know the problem, what's
the solution & we have a business analysis issue and the solution is open.
Others? I'd like to capture a running list of topics so that we don't lose
them and we can be more planful for the discussions.
