Hello,
This is a reminder for the project leaders meeting next Friday, April
23, 10:30 - 12:00 in N42-286. This is the agenda so far:
1) Identifying Initiatives for the FY2000 Budget (about 45 minutes). Greg
Anderson will provide background on budget discussions to date. We do not
have the cushion enjoyed in previous years, so it's important to get all
key initiatives on the table now if they are to be adequately funded. We
will go through all the current projects. Your insight on these and any
other looming work is appreciated.
2) Project Database Update (15 minutes). Mike Barker (just back from Japan)
will outline the current plans for the Project DB and introduce the
proposed Project Notebook template.
3) Developing the "Buy" process (10 minutes). Bob Ferrara will show the
plan developed recently for improving the "Buy" process model. Like the
above topic, we're looking for your reactions and suggestions.
4) Roundtable (15 minutes). Brief reports on items of general interest.
