Accomplishments for the past period:
- "hired" Roger Roach to co-sponsor our project
- began scheduling focus groups (BLT & R3-Admin first)
- performed a whole bunch of 1-on-1 interviews & documented same on Web
- revamped Project Notebook on the Web (it's new & improved)
- planned for 4/8 ITLT check-in
- finalized workplan through September
- more technical design resource solicitation work
- got on the IT Partners agenda
Goals for the coming period:
- hold meeting with targeted technical design resources to clarify
work via new charter & deliverables; obtain commitments (carry over)
- hold more 1-on-1 interviews and document same; hold special interview
with Office Practice director
- begin focus group meetings
- continue efforts to finalize business modeling charter & deliverables;
investigate other business modeling plans
- hold 4/8 ITLT check-in
Issues:
We're glad to have a co-sponsor on board.
Key learnings:
It's very hard to create, maintain & religiously follow a WBS & timeline.
Team dynamics:
We're definitely a TEAM - two team mates experienced their first team
