- Getting all the pieces of this wide-ranging project aligned
- Staffing
- Timing of the work to dovetail with ongoing technical development
and with Microsoft's rollout schedule for 5.0.
Key learnings
- This is a big effort and its outcome can influence how we build
other business models around IS.
Team dynamics:
- Jonathan Venezian has been key in shaping this pre-planning component
of the work.
