	If you did, you couldn't get it to run without work.  

	In general, I can think of no good reason for someone to use
Beta 5.  You should either use Beta 6, Beta 4.3, or a future version
when it becomes available.  That particularl release of Kerberos
creates many more problems than it fixes.


	You won't have perfect luck with any version of Kerberos on
AIX; it tends to panic the system.  There are some partial work
arounds that have been discussed on this newsgroup, but as far as I
know, no perfect solution.  (I have been talking to Cygnus, and they
appear to have better luck than I do, although I'm not convinced their
code is perfect either.)
