Setting my expectations of k5b6 ?

I'm currently experimenting with k5b6 on a solaris 2.5 machine and
experiencing some difficulties. Some are expected because I haven't
been working with kerberos long, others are not.

Basic question: Out of the box, compiled with either Sun's 4.0
compiler, or gcc, how reliable and bug free should I expect the beta 6
code to be? Should the sample applications work without any
modification? Should all of the bsd code, the the popper/mailquery
code work without modification?

I'm willing to admit that I may have set up principals wrong, etc.
However, it seems that certain pieces of code don't behave well at all,
to the extent of failing completely...

I'd submit bug reports, but I'm not entirely convinced its not my
fault.

I've started compiling a list of programs that work, and those that
don't, which I'd be more than happy to post to the list.

Feedback here, or email...
