You need to add:
1) host(without domain)/rcmd@REALM to the kdb
2) at v4 salt type to the users pricipal (I don't know if its
necessary to do this for MIT kv5b6; I use Cybersage Challenger
version 5.2.6a for my kdc and the user pricipal is already
compatible)
3) Also make sure you have v4 support compiled into your kdc, et al.
