I have compiled and installed k5b6 on AIX and I am now trying to
connect to the kerberized telnetd from a PC running the k5b6
windows code.
I can get my ticket on the PC just fine now. However, when I try to
telnet to the machine running the kerberos telnetd I get the following
message displayed on my PC:
Server not found in Kerberos database while authorizing
On the AIX side, in rgy_edit I have:
ark host/xxx.yyy.uic.edu
xst xxx.yyy.uic.edu host
and copied the file to /etc/v5srvtab. I also updated inetd.conf and restarted
inetd. Non-kerberized telnet sessions work ok, but when I use the kerberized
telnet on my PC it fails with the above message.
Any help will be appreciated.
