	You probably don't mean to ask what you asked.  There is
nothing Kerberos specific about the telnet entry in /etc/services; the
Kerberos telnetd replaces the system telnetd and supports both
Kerberos and non-Kerberos requests.  (You can disable non-Kerberos
requests with the -a user option.)
	Anyway, here's the entry from /etc/services for both Kerberos
and non-Kerberos telnet.

telnet		23/tcp

	At least in my opinion it sounds better if you rephrase such
requests along the lines  of "Please copy me on any responses."
