We have a number of SGI's here, and eventually we'd like to have everyone
who uses these machines login with their Kerberos 5 password and get a Kerberos
TGT.
Unfortunately, since they use xdm, there's not a good way of doing this
easily. And since SGI has their own "magic" version of XDM, compiling the
stock X11R6 one and substituting it doesn't work (I tried, believe me).
I see from the SGI xdm man page that there is a "sitecheck" option to
run an external program, but there is little documentation on how such
a program actually works.
I'm wondering if anyone has actually tried addressing this problem, and if
so, what did they end up doing?
(And before anyone says that the SGI xdm already _does_ Kerberos -- I know,
but that's only Kerberos 4).
