William,
I'm sorry I can't help you with your particular problem. However, you
might like to know that I am suffering from an identical authentication
error in the krb5.log when a request for a login is issued from our
DecServer 900GM terminal server. The terminal server can only make
requests using Kerberos V4 yet we were only able to compile V5 on our Dec
Alpha with the options for V4.
If you ever find a solution to the problem I would really appreciate
hearing from you!
Cheers
Tony
