Every once in while, the following sequence of events occurs on my
linux-elf test server:
bash# /usr/local/sbin/kdb5_edit
kdb5_edit: Try again while setting active database to
'/usr/local/lib/krb5kdc/principal'
kdb5_edit: quit
bash#
restarting the server fixes the problem. Unfortunately, I can't figure
out
Also, if I set up kadmind, the following happens:
p1 1:23pm throb[31] kpasswd
~
Enter old password:
Enter new password:
Re-enter new password:
kpasswd: protocol error during check password request (Software caused
connection abort).
But the password change I make works!
I realise that kadmind5 is not fully functional, but the first problem
shouldn't be happening, and it seems the two are related.
I tried to update my gdm libraries and recompile, but that didnt help.
Any ideas?
