[6899] in Kerberos

So I guess that you can not kinit from the machine running the kerberos
server. I have a machine 'slowpoke.student.cwru.edu' that has just been
setup with the Cygnus distribution of kerberos server. That machine is
running Linux 1.3.57. The machine 'prozac.student.cwru.edu' running
Linux 1.2.12 can kinit me as 'wes@DRUGS.STUDENT.CWRU.EDU'
but when on slowpoke I get:
kinit: Can't send request (send_to_kdc) for principal wes@DRUGS.STUDENT.CWRU.EDU
Any ideas on what I have done wrong?
