There are no ties to IP address for the kerberos server, nor in any
data held by the kerberos server.
Changing the machine name to point to your new master server should be
all you need to do.
Actually, they have the admin machine hard-coded in case there isn't a
krb.conf. Also, there is a bug in that if you don't keep the name as
"kerberos", it will not get you the changepw ticket properly (it
expects it to be changepw.kerberos, but changing KRB_ADMIN or
something like that will change what the admin library requests, but
not what kdb_init generates... I think I sent a patch in for this a
few years ago, but I don't think it was ever applied).
