[3040] in Kerberos
installing KRB5 on Sun Sparc

I got Kerberos 5 from MIT and have been attempting
to install it on Sun Sparc 10 running Solaris 1.0/
SunOS 4.1. I have been having problems and was wondering
if anyone could help.
After configuring and running the makefiles, I get the
following error message.
cc -O -I../.././include -DKERBEROS -DVFS -DSunOS=41
-DNDBM -o login.krb login.o logutil.o
../.././lib/krb/libkrb.a ../.././lib/des/libdes.a
ld:Undefined symbol
_setenv
***Error Code 2
I tried many variations of the compiler options (-D).
I also got many warnings throughout the compile.
xxx.c,line xxx: warning: illegal pointer combination
I would appreciate any help anyone could provide me.
Also, I am trying to get Kerberos to work with the KPOP option
in the MH mail handler. If anyone has any suggestions on how
to get that option to work, I would be very appreciative.
