How does one add a service in KerberosV beta 3? It was once that you
would use kdb5_edit's ``ask'' request to add the service key, and then you used
ksrvutil to add the entry to v5srvtab. However, neither the ask request nor the
ksrvutil program exist in beta 3. So how do you now do it?
(Along the same lines, is there a general installation guide that covers
getting the database created and setting things up that is modern enough to
pertain to KerberosVb3?)
