Elise is out this week, but I am about to make live the independent domain
request forms and can do this one alongside it (they go in the same
section, for requests). Let me know when you consider it "approved" and
I'll cut it over to the appropriate spot in /windows/server. Next week,
when Elise is back, we should be back to our normal submission/publication
process through her and Kakapos.
