Actually I thought that had been discussed twice previously and we finally
had agreement to move forward. Chad had already had a meeting with at least
one of the people involved and is intending to move forward on the
container. Without Chad present to provide any new information this doesn't
need to be on the agenda.

I don't know if the discussion has taken place yet. If it hasn't, it would
