My only concern was that portions of the container request form (at  
http://web.mit.edu/ist/topics/windows/server/cr/) were going to  
kakapo@mit.edu. It looks like someone updated those on 8/25 to send  
mail to container-request@mit.edu instead. I think the random  
container request was the only valid thing that's been going to  
kakapo, so I'm fine with decommissioning the list at this point.
