Subject: Microsoft Outlook 2003 Release Effort Update

Good Afternoon,

The Outlook Release Team has made a key decision regarding the Outlook 2003
release effort that we wish to pass on to the MIT community. Due to
complexities encountered during the testing phase of the release effort, the
Outlook Release Team decided to separate the Techtime Outlook Connector
release effort from the Outlook 2003 release effort. Staggering these two
release efforts enables us to provide enhanced support and a complete set of
documentation for Outlook 2003 at least a month before we can do the same
for the Techtime Outlook Connector. Given the popularity of Outlook 2003, we
believe the MIT community will be best served by releasing Outlook 2003 by
the end of April as originally planned.

All the Best,
Bryant C. Vernon
Outlook 2003 Product Release Coordinator
