Dear Alejandro: We'd be happy to help you in your introduction to  
getting started using win.mit.edu.  I've asked Chad Dupuis to follow up  
with you on this. Chad has done a considerable amount of owork stetting  
  up various academic departments who have joined the win.mit.edu domain  
and is quite familiar with the issues associated with student,  
departmental and other users of the Windows services.
