3. Volume Site License Software Update
----------------------------------------------------------
We continue to accept and process requests for Windows XP Professional from
Faculty, Staff and Students. If you currently run Windows 2000, now is a
good time to consider replacing the machine or upgrading to Windows XP
before support for
Windows 2000 is discontinued in December. To request a license, follow the

Mac OS X 10.3:
Faculty and staff licenses for Mac OS X 10.3 will be available in two
weeks. We are waiting for media and licenses to arrive from
Apple. Student licenses are available now. To request a license, follow
