After talking to Phil this afternoon, I converted kakapo to mailman
(effective around 11 pm tonight).
Key points are:
* still archived in discuss as before (public (presumably
google indexed) archive)
* posting limited to list members and other mit addresses
* posting from edu addresses outside mit will be held for
moderation
* all other mail will be rejected
* subscription requires approval of list admin
These and about 80 other options are settable if anyone thinks
something should change.
Right now I am the only list admin. This should certainly change.
Who else should be dealing with this?
