Actually, I'm a little confused by this as well, as there was 
discussion about Accounts possibly picking up the creation of 
containers through moira. I wouldn't shed a tear if someone else did 
it, of course, but like Jonathon I would also like to be at the 
discussion.

(As I mentioned in previous e-mails, I have a bi-weekly conflict with 
Kakapo. I can make next week, but not this week or the meeting on the 
24th. Once Kakapo moves to its bi-weekly schedule, the problem will 
either go away or some re-scheduling will have to happen.)
