Okay:

Thanks to Camilla from Ops, I've restored the state of the server directory
under the "windows" locker to what it was as of the morning of Tuesday,
November 18th. (The most recent actual file change I see in the restored
data is in the afternoon on the 17th.) Any changes between then and now
have been lost, but the pages should be functional again. Please look at
it to verify this.

The version that Elise put there last night is still available as
/mit/windows/server/DO-NOT-USE, in case there's anything in there that she
wants to retrieve.
