Hi Tom,
As I recall Phil had requested that we develop a Bug Status Procedure. In
this case it was the issues with XP (Startup time, or was that W2K?) In any
event we agreed to review the status and if everything was resolved we
could forget about it but if issues were still open we needed to ensure
whatever progress we were making was being communicated to the appropriate
audience. As for the Laptop Agenda Item, sure let's all look at the
document and we can talk about it tomorrow.....Brian
