Detail of changes to be made: I'm not sure what this initiative, "Install
new VM release", is. Is this separate from 3B08 (see earlier
comment/e-mail)? Was this specifically the upgrade for Y2K? Depending on
the intent it either needs to get deleted or updated accordingly. If it
stays, the team members should be VM-SST.
