The Plan Alive team will be meeting tomorrow, Thursday, April 6, at 10 am
in N42-203. As always, we hope to conclude by one hour after we start.
According to my notes, everyone will be on hand tomorrow, so we can spend a
little more time on both technical as well as business change elements.
Agenda:
1 ) Updates from each of us on work done this last week

before we're due to roll out. We have
a firm commitment to the date, 1 July

2 ) I want to have a bit of a brainstorming session on how we think we can
tackle the business change elements. Dani and I haven't been able to
connect, mostly because she's been quite ill lately, and she hasn't had
much available time. She and I are still trying to find a time when we can
all meet together, but doing some work on our own in advance will be
worthwhile.
