The work you've done this week is very impressive. The Theme 1 page seems
to have a bug in it whereby all of the initiatives are showing up. Themes
2-4 only have the right initiatives on them. Let's talk tomorrow during
the team meeting about when we're ready to pull in Dani to look this over,
handle issues, etc. and then get the announcement out.
