You may want to evaluate CAN-PLAN, whick is low-cost ($20) PM software that does some things that no other software (at any price) does. It has many, many features, and is very easy to learn and to use.
You can download CAN-PLAN free (confidentially, for a limited time). Go to this other site of mine, and you will notice at the bottom right-hand corner, above the black square, there is a tiny mark. This is hypertext. Right-click on it, and select "Save Target As..."
