Howdy Melissa,
Glad you liked the system.
You should know that -- although I have considered moving it to
PHP/MySQL -- the system is currently implemented as a series of
FileMaker databases, and thus requires FileMaker Unlimited (etc.) to
serve to the web.
Will that work for you? If so (or if you just wanted to explore it to
get your own ideas), I can send you along a set of template files I
put together for requests such as yours. Let me know what you'd like.
