Bob,
I only made a quick pass. A few comments:
Theme 1:
Shouldn't there be a project for the next client satisfaction survey?
Theme 2:
Isn't the Athena User Interface completed?
Freshman Housing Lottery - 2001 is completed, should we turn this into
an activity?
Pismere appears both as a project and an activity. I guess I can
understand that although it looks strange, especially since the activity is called "Pismere Project".
Theme 3:
There is an activity for Voice/Data Projects, but some projects are still
listed separately. I would vote for dropping the separate projects (it does
not appear the notebooks are being maintained), but this is really Nate's call.
Some like for NW30 I believe are completed.
I wonder why the project "Windows 2000 Server Domains" is in Theme 3 when
all the other W2000 stuff seems to be in Theme 2.
Theme 4:
I would like to visit things like "Deferred Charges" and ASOP being in Theme 4. I think it might make sense to have a financial initiative in Theme 3. Let Theme 4 worry about developing the processes, but put the running of them in Theme 3 like we do the systems. How do others feel?
Theme 5:
There looks like some good stuff in there, but I did not have time to cross
check it to see if it was already covered. If you and done that, it would have
helped to include the existing initiative as a comment. However, given the time, I do not urge anything more be done with those.
