I've been working on putting the Support teams into the Work database at
the same level of granularity as other teams as, say, Service.
You may have these recorded as changes required for the is-work DB, but
I can see:
- Reporting responsibility for Activities (such as Standing Teams) needs
to be a longer list than { Delivery, Discovery, Integration }.
- Standing Teams need their own category. We need to reserve
Activities for named things that cross team boundaries (such as
Measures, for example).
- in a later phase of the program's developement, Standing Teams should
be able to own "Tasks", as a wey of recording the work actually done
within each team.
