Hello,

Tim McGovern and I were discussing the best approach for this ITLT session (see message below), which is probably 4 weeks away. Tim's thought is that this session should focus more on goals than on reviewing what's there. In any case, we both think we (Kris, Kevin, Tim, Bob) should get together to plan the approach in a few weeks, even as the Activities loading work proceeds in parallel. Here are two suggested times for the four of us to get together.

The first choice is 9:00AM Wednesday, Feb 14 in N42
The second choice is 10:30AM Tuesday, Feb 13th in n42.

Please RSVP. Thanks, Bob

>I'd like to request some time on the ITLT calendar at least 3 weeks from now to review IS-Work progress. Specifically, we could cover:
>
>*The initial load of Activities into the Database and next steps
>*Reporting options
>*Review Theme, Strategy, Initiative "trees" for possible pruning or additions
>
>This would be a 1+1/2 - 2 hour session, and it might be good to do at least some of it in the Demo Center.

>NB: Also, remember Eric Celeste and the Libraries on the calendar.
