Hi all --
I haven't heard of any conflicts, so let's go ahead and have the kickoff
tomorrow (Thursday) 3/16 from 10 am - 11:45 in N42-203.
DRAFT Agenda
1) Welcome & Introductions
2) Ground rules, team norms, communications logistics, meeting logistics
3) Resource commitments, vacations, etc.
4) Project timetable, schedule and commitments
5) Discovery Report review and discussion and acceptance

6) Deliverables Breakdown (variation on WBS)
The first five items on the agenda are generally informational and
discussion based. The last item is a group work effort to define the work
tasks, milestones and such that need to be accomplished.
