Cognizant reporting field in IS Work

Tim,
I discussed the options of how to implement the idea of reporting responsibility for Service and Support projects. Greg, Susan, and I like the idea of a cognizant reporting field in the IS Work database (versus just putting projects in Integration, Discovery, or Delivery).
If it is not too much work, this is a set of requirement that seem pretty general:
The field would be called "Reporting Process/Performing Organization". It is just another field that can be input from a pick list (initially Integration, Discovery, or Delivery). Initially it could be initialized to the same value as "Process/Performing Organization". We would also need a report, maybe in the "about" section that would look like the main "projects" report. it could be called "Projects by Reporting Process.".
