In Manchester we have our central virual web servers (now 84 of
them) and many related services depending critically on AFS.
(For this we are using a mixture of Transarc, OpenAFS, and Arla.)
We have been using AFS for over 10 years, but the web service is
only about 7 or 8 years old, and its importance has grown over
this period.
