We use Casper Dik's 'auto install' Jumpstart helper to do that and
several other things.

I don't know if this is the main site for it, but here's one site:

It's pretty easy to set up.  Our machines come up full site-ized as we
want them with no post-Jumpstart work whatsoever (running AFS, etc...)
