AFS 3.1 has been released by Transarc. The sources/binaries are now
living in "afsdev".
The following binary distributions are in /mit/afsdev/dist/
next_mach20
rs_aix31
sun3_41
sun4c_41
The sources are only in /mit/afsdev/src/3.1; the bld/ directory still
contains the Athenized 3.1 Beta code.
