Site contacts,

Just a reminder that Transarc will be holding an AFS System Administrator's
Class on Sunday May 31 through Tuesday, June 2. This class is held only 3
days prior to the AFS User Group Meeting so you can attend both. Also, note
that since the class is held on a Sunday, you can fly into Pittsburgh on
Saturday and get the cheaper airfare since there will be a Saturday night
stay over.
The class is a full three days of lecture and question and answer periods,
from 8:30 until 5:00 each day. Prerequisites for the course are familiarity
with UNIX system administration and a user-level knowledge of AFS. It is also
recommended that you have experience installing an AFS fileserver or
preferably and AFS cell following the instructions found in the "AFS
Installation Guide". If you are interested in attending this class,
or have questions about additional classes, please contact your AFS
sales representative, or send mail to afssales@transarc.com. Classes
are limited in size, and are reserved on a first come first serve
basis.

Thank you,

Megan DeFrancis
Secretary, File Systems Marketing
Transarc Corporation
