We modified the X11R5 xdm code to do a ka_UserAuthenticateGeneral() and invoke
the program under a pagsh. So far, since making these changes about two weeks
ago, the stolen tokens problem has disappeared. Also, we don't have a problem
with users logging on without PAGs after xdm has run for several days.
