I don't quite understand how this is happening.  ERNIE is one of our
file servers.  It always has the most current CellServDB, and gets
"fs newcell"'d every time the CellServDB is updated.

Moreover, there's no mount point in our root.afs for obsolete Chalmers
cells.  The only one we have is "others.chalmers.se", with this entry:

When you say you "just got a call", can you be more specific?  Was it
to a particular UDP port?

Also, have you seen calls from any other site at Transarc?  It's
possible for a developer whose machine doesn't get regular updates
(due to frequent single-user mode) to be running with an old
CellServDB.
