Is there any way I can start the transfer of a file to the server before
calling close()? I am writing out a large file sequentially, and I'd
like to shorten the pause the user sees when the file is finally closed.
Something like a cache manager call telling it to begin storing the
file, which I could make after I get the first few meg written out. Any
ideas?
