All the clocks on our local machine are set by our AFS server, which
gets its time from Transarc (or some place in Pittsburgh). However,
this time seems to be off (slow) by almost 10 minutes.
Is anyone else getting their time from Transarc? Is that time wrong
also? What can we do to fix this?
