It's interesting to note that in rx.h, you see some defines like:

#define	RX_MAX_PACKET_SIZE	(1500-RX_IPUDP_SIZE) /* Ether MTU minus IP &
UDP headers */

#define	RX_REMOTE_PACKET_SIZE	(576-RX_IPUDP_SIZE) /* For Internet hosts */

But, "RX_REMOTE_PACKET_SIZE" isn't referenced in rx anywhere. It looks
like someone had slip in mind, but never followed up. Can anyone shed
some light on this?
