Only the "afs.<cell>" key MUST match (kvno, and key).
If "afs.<cell>" does not exist, the "aklog" binary, then "afs" must
exist and match.  There are no restrictions on the krbtgt keys.

If you want to run MIT kerberos and the kaserver on the same machine,
start the MIT kerberos server first.  The kaserver will then warn you
that the port is already bound, and only provide authentication services
via kaserver RX connections, and not deal with the Kerberos UDP
requests, which are already being handled by the other daemon.
