I have been running it for a while without any problems.
Point of note is I use BIND 4.8.3 from BSD and put the resolver
libraries in libc (shared and all)
We have made a few changes to the 4.8.3 BIND, but similar
patches are availiable from MIT (tytso@ATHENA.MIT.EDU mentioned
it a month or so ago).
Thus: we just use the stuff in hesiod/hesiod;
hesinfo and the libraries.
