Moving Hesiod from HS class to IN class

Why not add a line in hesiod.conf which says
class=hs or class=in, the default being hs for hesiod 2.1 and make the
default be class=in in hesiod 3.0

(I have no strong feelings either way as to what class should be used,
but if there is a change over then this would make things smoother, and
allow people who want to use the IN  class to do so)
